A Ronda da Noite

Journalist Luís Caetano interviewed ReSEED’s Principal Investigator Dulce Freire at “Ronda da Noite”, a daily programa in the Portuguese radio station “Antena 2”. In a talk divided into two editions of the program, they discussed the most interesting aspects of the XVIII century-manuscript “Recipes and Remedies” from Francisco Borges Henriques, whose publication was coordinated by Freire.
