ReSEED is on the cover of the Portuguese national newspaper Público on November 26, 2018. The story has the title As sementes que mudaram a forma como comemos (The seeds that changed the way we eat) and highlights the objectives, sources and main contributions of the project. “We want to understand the extent to which agricultural practices and seeds of the past can be viable today and in the future and contribute to sustainable agriculture that can feed a growing world population”, said Dulce Freire, ReSEED’s Principal Investigator.
